Smith Center
Las Vegas, NV
The Public/Private Partnership with the City of Las Vegas enlisted The Projects Group to serve as Owner's Representative for designing and constructing The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, the Las Vegas Performing Arts Center Foundation Cultural and Arts development.
The five-acre performing arts center consists of three theaters in two buildings. The Smith Center includes two performance spaces, a rehearsal hall, administrative offices, limited retail space, a 2050-seat multi-purpose hall, an art deco concert hall, a dance studio, and a 1920s-style jazz club. In addition, the Symphony Park development is home to a new children’s museum, a park/amphitheater, and a multi-level parking garage.
